Terms of Service

GeoGM (geogm.org) is a financial, macroeconomic and geopolitical information and analysis platform, operated by Álvaro Vidorreta, a sole trader established in Spain ("GeoGM", "we"). Contact: hola@geogm.org. The tax ID, registered address and phone are in the Legal Notice.

By creating an account you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

You must be over 18. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for the activity on your account. An account is personal and non-transferable.

• GeoGM offers a free plan (Observer) and paid plans (Analyst, Strategist, GM), billed monthly or annually.
• If you are in the EU you are quoted and charged in euros, and the price already includes Spanish VAT at 21%. The rate is Spanish rather than your own because GeoGM is established in Spain and operates under the EU small-seller scheme, which places the supply at origin. The amount you see on the pricing page is the amount charged: nothing is added at checkout.
• If you are outside the EU you are quoted and charged in US dollars, exclusive of any tax that may apply in your jurisdiction. Any such tax is calculated and shown before you confirm payment.
• Business customers in the EU with a valid VAT identification number can enter it at checkout; the supply is then subject to the reverse charge and no Spanish VAT is charged.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store card details.
• Prices may change; a price change never affects a period you have already paid, and you will be notified at least 30 days before it applies to a renewal.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly or annual) unless you cancel first.
• We will notify you of each renewal at least 15 days in advance by email (and also inside the application), stating the amount, that the subscription will renew and be charged unless you cancel, and how to cancel.
• Cancelling is simple and penalty-free: Settings → Billing → Manage subscription, at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; you keep access until then.
• After cancelling you are charged nothing further. There is no lock-in.

• If you are a consumer in the EU or the EEA, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of contracting, no justification needed.
• Immediate start: on the payment page we ask you for two declarations, in one checkbox that is not pre-ticked: that you expressly request the service to start immediately, and that you acknowledge what that means for your right of withdrawal. We confirm both by email when you subscribe. If you request it and later withdraw within the period, we refund the amount paid minus the proportional part of the service already enjoyed up to the moment you notify us of the withdrawal.
• If you do not request immediate start, paid access activates when the withdrawal period ends.
• How to withdraw: email hola@geogm.org from your account email stating that you withdraw, or use the withdrawal form (official model available on that page). We refund via the same payment method within a maximum of 14 days from your communication.

Beyond the legal withdrawal right, we assess refund requests case by case (for example, billing errors or serious service problems). Write to us. A full refund entails cancellation of the subscription and of paid access.

If a renewal charge fails, Stripe retries the payment during a grace period in which you keep access. We will notify you inside the application. If the charge is never completed, the subscription is cancelled and the account moves to the free plan.

AI features consume weekly credits according to your plan. Limits exist to keep the service viable; automated use, resale of access, scraping of the platform or abuse of the limits may lead to account suspension.

You may not: use GeoGM for illegal activities; attempt to access other users' data; resell, sublicense or redistribute the platform's data or content; interfere with the security or operation of the service; or present GeoGM content to third parties as financial advice.

The platform, its design, its code and its contents belong to GeoGM or its licensors. Market data comes from third-party providers and is subject to their terms. You may use exports (charts, maps) for personal or editorial use crediting GeoGM; you may not resell them as a data product.

GeoGM is provided "as is", without prejudice to the legal conformity guarantee the law grants consumers. We work for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify or withdraw features; if a substantial modification harms you as a subscriber, you may cancel with immediate effect and we will refund the proportional unused part.

Nothing in these Terms limits the rights the law grants you as a consumer, or our liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence. Otherwise, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to it. We are not liable for investment decisions taken with information from the platform (§2).

You may close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, giving notice where reasonable. Termination does not affect rights already accrued.

If we change these Terms substantially, we will give you at least 30 days' notice. If you do not accept the change, you may cancel before it takes effect.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and may bring claims before the courts of your domicile. You may also contact the consumer offices of your region.
