Pricing questions
Does the price include tax?
In the European Union the price is shown and charged in euros with VAT already included: it is the final amount. Everywhere else you are charged in US dollars and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes, with no lock-in and no penalty, from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for, and you keep access until then. We email you at least 15 days before every renewal.
Can I withdraw and get my money back?
If you are a consumer in the EU or the EEA you have 14 calendar days to withdraw without giving a reason. Because the service starts immediately at your request, we refund what you paid minus the proportional part already used. The withdrawal form is the quickest way.
Withdrawal formWhat are AI credits?
One weekly allowance that pays for everything the AI does: the assistant, voice, bots and research papers. It refills in full every Monday and unused credits do not roll over. What each action costs is shown in Settings → Billing.
Why is GM on a waitlist?
GM opens by seats. Joining costs nothing and commits you to nothing: we write to you when a seat is available.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. From Settings → Billing you can move between Analyst and Strategist; Stripe handles the switch and adjusts the amount in proportion to the time left.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes. Every charge produces an invoice, and all of them stay available to download under Settings → Billing → Manage subscription.
Is the Observer plan really free?
Yes. Observer costs nothing and asks for no card. It includes the terminal, market, macro and news data, and a weekly AI allowance to try it.
